this incredible thing called laughter

Perhaps we shouldn’t take everything so seriously.

Laughter: inadvertently compulsory.

It is vivacity, elasticity, electricity.

For things beautiful, uncomfortable,

hysterical, farcical,

even blistering.

It can be unfathomable, stupefying,

ill-defined, unstructured,

but when it appears, contagious;

the very symbol of joyous.
